John Arrambide is a licensed real estate professional (Broker Associate) and a member of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and North Bay Association of Realtors. He has been in the Napa Real Estate industry since 2004. He is a Certified HAFA Specialist, a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), and also lists bank-owned properties. The sale and listing of Luxury properties and Executive properties are also his specialty. Before becoming a Napa-Native of 25 years, John attended University of North Texas, earned his BBA, and minored in Marketing and Finance.
John is also the publisher of a local Real Estate Magazine, ‘The Real Estate Book’. Any listed property with Century 21 Exclusive will appear (at no charge to the seller) in this publication which is delivered all throughout the Northern Bay Area.
John was involved in the Boy Scouts of America for 16 years. He has 2 sons that earned their Eagle Scout award.
