Marla Arrambide is a licensed real estate professional and a member of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and North Bay Association of Realtors. She has been in the Napa Real Estate industry for 5 years. She is a Certified HAFA Specialist, a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), and also lists bank-owned properties. The sale and listing of Luxury properties and Executive properties are also her specialty. Born and raised in Napa she attended Justin-Siena High School and from there she attended Texas Women’s University where she earned her bachelor’s degree.

For the last few years the real estate industry has changed quite dramatically. In this environment, Marla’s certifications and problem-solving abilities have given her invaluable negotiating skills that make any home buying or house-listing a positive and successful experience. It also helps that she is supported by the largest name in real estate, Century 21. The Century 21 brand name is nationally as well as internationally recognized.

Driven by a lively community spirit, Marla raised 2 boys to be Eagle Scouts and remained active in the Boy Scouts of America for 16 years.
